Pink House Villas is actually a series of homes available to rent out, with the two main pink homes able to sleep up to 22 guests. These two villas are known as the Bougainvillea and the Oleander. The Bougainvillea has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and king and queen beds. The Oleander has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and queen beds.

All of the homes have been recently renovated to include a common area with an infinity pool overlooking White Bay and an outdoor living space with a small kitchenette and lounge area open to the stunning views of the bay and St. Thomas to the south. The homes themselves are adorable and comfortable, with the white sands of the beach just steps from any one of the patios.

Rates at the Pink House Villas are seasonal and depend on which home you’ll be renting. Bougainvillea starts around $1,400 a day and goes up to about $2,300 around the holidays. Oleander starts at around only $700 and up to $1,600 around Christmas and New Year’s.

One-week stays are the minimum but it’s the least amount of time you would want to visit here anyway since it’s such an incredible location with a lot to do.
